Conditions for refund
You are eligible for a full refund if
- You request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Your HypeMuse is returned in original condition, including the charging cable and packaging.
- The device shows no signs of physical damage, water damage beyond IP65 rating, or unauthorized modification.
- You can provide your order ID and the email address used at checkout.
- You ship the item back using our prepaid label (US orders) or at your own cost (international).
